The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a range of dishes, and organic options available too. Enjoy various Tyrolean ham and sausage specialities, breads, cheeses and eggs from the Alpbachtal region, muesli, fresh fruits, homemade jams, fruit juices and much more. Something to celebrate? Book a rustic Farmer’s Breakfast. Served in the cosy stubli, it’s a private alternative to the buffet and must be reserved in advance (payable locally).

The evening meal is four courses with choice of main dish and a daily salad buffet. Fresh and local produce are used to create a mix of typically Austrian/Tyrolean and international dishes. Alongside your meal, enjoy a selection of Tyrolean draft beers, selected Austrian and international wines and soft drinks (payable locally).
