Tirol Double Rooms are around 22m² with an Austrian Twin bed and have a terrace overlooking the garden area on the lower ground floor.

Bio Austrian Twin Rooms are around 22-24m² with an Austrian Twin bed. These rooms sleep two to three (extra bed is a single sofa bed). These rooms are furnished in a modern Alpine style and have a balcony.

Seefeld Double Rooms are around 22-27m² and sleep two people. These rooms are light and airy and have a balcony. One Seefeld room is available that sleeps three people – this room has a single sofa bed – if only two people book the room, there won’t be a sofa bed.

Junior Suites are around 27-30m² and can sleep two to four people (the extra bed is a double sofa bed in the lounge area). These rooms have a balcony.
